The AGNOST-A is the first automatic GNSS Quality Notam
Station to warn Aviation Pilots from ground based GNSS
Jamming and Spoofing via UAT978 transmitted NOTAMs.
GNSS jamming and spoofing have become a constant nuisance and a serious threat—especially in aviation. Despite this awareness, pilots are often caught off guard by the unreliability of GPS-based navigation systems and must take ad hoc alternative measures.
Our AGNOST-A station is an early warning system for GNSS jamming and spoofing that provides pilots with real-time information about the quality of the GNSS signal—specifically at the destination airport.
All electronics are housed in a weatherproof outdoor box. This allows for easy installation at airports or airfields, and unauthorized jammers, interference transmitters, or other sources of disruption are detected simply and reliably.
The detected disturbances are evaluated and analyzed in real time. Once a critical threshold is exceeded, a NOTAM is automatically generated and broadcast via UAT978.
Aircraft equipped with the appropriate receiving technology display the warning directly in the cockpit. This enables pilots to assess GNSS accuracy in the destination area in time before landing.
